We’re Home!

Our day started off at the Best Western in Vancouver with breakfast from McDonald’s being delivered to Sarah and I.  It’s nice to be married to an early riser.  The coast is so far ahead of Ontario in the spring department.

We took the hotel shuttle to the airport and checked our luggage and got through security.  Next step…Starbucks for Sarah.

Our plane from Vancouver left at 10:00 am.  

Our flight flew over some familiar places.

It was a pretty smooth flight and 4 1/2 hours later, we arrived in Toronto.  

Local time was 5:30.  Our luggage all arrived with us which is always a good thing.  Next step, you guessed it, Starbucks for Sarah.

We boarded the Megabus just after 7:00 and relaxed as the bus driver got us through Toronto traffic.

We arrived in Napanee around 10:30 pm and our truck was waiting for us.  Thank you Gary and Denise.

We got home after 11:00 and there was milk and cream for coffee in the fridge thanks to Janice.  I really have great cousins.

Janice had been staying at our house and Sarah had left her a note about her pet snake, George.  Of course, we don’t have a snake but this is what we found when we arrived home.
